This project aims to securely store and manage patients' medical data using blockchain technology. Traditional health records are vulnerable to tampering and unauthorized access. By leveraging blockchain’s decentralized and immutable nature, this system ensures data privacy, integrity, and easy sharing among authorized healthcare providers. Each health record is encrypted and added as a block to the chain, with access granted only through verified keys. This enhances trust, transparency, and security in healthcare data management, offering patients full control over their health records while enabling efficient communication between hospitals and doctors.
